I. Khatib & Partners Co. is a privately owned real estate development firm based in Amman, Jordan, founded in 1990 by Eng. Isam Khatib. The company specializes in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality developments, with a strong focus on prime locations, quality construction, and long-term value. With over three decades of experience and more than 120 completed projects, the firm is known for introducing landmark developments in Abdoun, Jabal Amman, Sweifieh, and Shmeisani. Through its sister company, Injaz for Development & Investment, it has also played a major role in Jordan’s hospitality sector, most notably developing the Fairmont Amman Hotel, reinforcing its position as a leading developer in the local market.
